I see a flat area at the appendix, not a normal spot for things that are flattish.
Pictures can be deceiving, need to observe in real time and in person to guess if packing. Usually, it is mannerism, unconscious touching and adjusting that give it away as much as printing. Bongo can probably spot these things in a split second. It takes me a awhile and I spend too much time confirming. It is fun to observe and guess in public places. Practice makes perfect.

I appreciate the acknowledgment though. I did make a living looking for people carrying guns. I don't see it. I think it's an anomaly in the pic. It's very unlikely a public figure like him would risk carrying a gun to a public event. You can go to prison for life in the UK if you are caught with a handgun and "intend to endanger others". The slogan on his shirt would convict him in England if he were caught.
Even if he had a gun. I'd ventilate that sissy boy if he chose to draw first - before his tiny gun cleared the leather. He's more the type to send you a strongly worded memo.
I was uneasy the few times a client went to the UK. I generally avoided clients who did. If something went down, me or my crew (usually one or two others) would have been locked up for who knows how long while an investigation was under way. In general, foreign agents of any ilk are forbidden to carry firearms without the written permission of law enforcement. And they almost never give permission.

Or they are being transported for someone who has moved to another state. I moved my cars to a new location like this a couple of times. That there are two... seems to be a more likely scenario.
When I used to drive longer distances a lot more often I filled the boring time with noting what cars were broken down on the side of the road the most. My observation was .... Nissan.

Dunno. I do remember seeing in a video where the Tesla oil pump only functions when going forward. Wouldn't want to tow one backwards like that and the drive unit experience oil starvation.

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't tow a Tesla or any EV with the wheels on the ground - except short distances. Teslas do have a 'transport mode' but it's not made for what's in that pic.
Another thing occurred to me... could be a repo.
That one on the rear of the tow truck might be a "standard" model which only has a motor in the rear...

I cant shake the feeling that their frustration and the idea that the party is now a rudderless ship is a ruse. A red herring.

I’ve often wondered if when she goes home and is off the clock that she is depressed and hating life. Very few people who play a role and lie like that are happy. The exception being sociopaths who can only be happy when they are deceiving others.
