Bell bottoms, tie dye and silk shirts.

I would typically wear a subtle black T-shirt with black pants, and a nice black jacket.

Unruly hair.
Frye boots.
Levis.
Leather jacket.
Drove a roadster.

Members Only jackets, Ralph Lauren Polo and Izod shirts, faded straight leg Levis jeans, Guess jeans, rat tails and mullets.

Parachute pants, OP shirts, hi-tops, Guess jeans, Z Cavaricci, Polo. Anybody remember the Coca-Cola shirts?

Toughskins and Converse All-Stars. No Pumas or Izod for this poor boy. :( Maybe one or two pairs of Levi's denims. The Converse factory was next town over in Bristol, RI before they went overseas.

Looks like some of the tactical pants for sale.

Never heard of those! They look like tactical trousers. The zipper would have been good for an ankle rig
They were nylon, usually had pockets on the legs like cargo pants but not pleated so anything thicker than a wallet wouldn’t fit. Hot as hell, didn’t breath for shit. Probably why my legs are so skinny to this day.

I remember parachute pants from the late 80s, and OP shorts too. (y)
You're 56 years old.

Same thing I wear today, mostly. Blue jeans, lots of flannel and boots. I still wear on SPECIAL Occasions my Custom made Elephant skin boats. Shop in Texas 1984 made them. On 4th set of soles & heels.
Mostly I run around barefoot and wife beater now days. Living the dream.
Sometimes I put on pants, only if going to town though.

I think it was ‘82 or ‘83, I wanted a pair of checkerboard Vans. My mother said no f’n way. Fast forward to about 3 years ago, we were getting shoes for my kids and I said “fuck it” and was gonna get a pair. They fit like crap and had no arch support. So I will live out my days never having a pair of Jeff Spicoli shoes.
