Picked these 2 1911 9mm up. For the price you just cant beat them. Just under $900 for both out the door. Guess I need to drop the daily limit on my debit card again
These will be my DCC, provided my wrist can handle the recoil.🤞
Got the new thumb safeties and slide stops fitted. We'll see how much lip stick I can put on these two pigs.

SorryAZZ MOFOs put the 5" 9mm sale for $330. Sooo, now I got 3. Mind blown
So far the Girsan rates lowest out of the 3 for fit and finish. But considering I got less into the 3 combined then I paid for any 1 of my 45s. Save my pawnshop colt, minus all the new parts.
All seem well made and finish is good.
Eager to get to fire them. Really hope my wrist hold up.

Nice! I can't say that I've ever fired a 9mm 1911. I did have a .38 Special NM (pre Series '70) for a while, that was pretty comfy to shoot, used it as my Centerfire bullseye gun.

Put about 50rds through each. Id say 1/2 the recoil of my 45s. The Tisa 5" was the most accurate. The 4 and 3 inch were tied.
Was going yo compare the 45 to 9mm after my buddy put 200rds down range, step up with my Emissary 45 shot once and the target went down.
Phfft so typical 🤣🤣🤣

I just have a range officer in 45acp. I have been wanting a 1911 in 9mm. I think I'll eventually end up with a Springfield Prodigy since it's optics ready and 9mm in the distant future.

So far everything Ive handled by them has been nice. The $330 5" I got is remarkable. Its not a $2k pistol, but for $330 it doesnt need to be.
