Anyone make long actions in 0 to 80%?

Dues anyone make actions for bolt guns in 80% configuration? Would like an action in Savage profile on occasion I see them with the bolt hole cutout.

Interesting. No, I've never seen anyone selling a bolt action receiver in a less than 100% completed state. All of the major manufacturers have sold the bolt & receiver pairs by themselves, for use by gunsmiths making custom rifles. There are also some specialty makers selling just their receiver designs ( Sturgeon, RPA, etc.) for making customs rifles. But I haven't seen anyone offering the receiver in a semi-finished state.
