So, they clarified what we already knew... and they already said before. Dealers cannot sell the "blank" or unfinished 80% frame with the jig, tools, or instructions. Ummmm... yeah... duh.

We already know that. So, nothing new here. For weeks, merchants have been selling blanks without jigs, tools, or instructions.

What am I missing here?
