Patrick and I are dice setters. We enjoy the social game of tossing those little cubes. Aside from 21, I believe, it’s the only casino game that the player has an advantage to win.
We play and stay downtown Vegas. It’s very easy to hop tables, find a hot one, jump on one turning cold, find an empty to play the dark side, or just relax at the bar with a sambuca & coke playing video poker. My fav spot is the end. Best place to be. It’s often open as most players don’t like that spot. I like it because I can toss is straight down the middle. When the table starts turning cold, I switch strategies to the don’t, stack my whites and reds like skyscrapers, to intimidate rightside shooters.
Smart craps players watch for these type players and either leave the table or pass the dice to the don’t shooter to join in on his hand & hope he’s a long arm setter. Easy play…look for a lone player at a craps table with a nice stack, set a green or black on the don’t and enjoy the ride. Just pass the dice on your turn and collect your chips until a point is made…then color up.
My coveted Vegas Fremont Dice Club Jacket. Can’t buy this one. Takes 60+ rolls on your turn to obtain one of these… it’s a big money hand and a ton of fun for the whole table.
Learn to set the dice with Heavy power axis craps. East coast/ south. Down load the “bone tracker” for practice and learn what numbers you shoot most often while honing your setting skills.
