What a waste of money. The actual product does not fit like the photos on eBay.

1. They don't properly fit the compact or the full size; 2. They are fragile and I guarantee they will break in normal use; 3. The maker stipulates no returns.

I wrote the guy and sent a photo to show it doesn't fit. maybe he will refund, but he does say up front no refunds. Now I see why. Maybe these were made for some earlier version of the Dagger? If so he should be clear about that.

It doesn’t seem to fit well in the ebay photos. Thanks for the heads up.

The larger Dagger has the notch at the base of the grip, which these were made for. The good news is the guy responded and he's going to make it right. I think I understand the fitment problem and it's resolvable.

But... I wouldn't buy them again. I should have stuck to my original plan of using a metal magwell.

I'm not saying yay or nay but are you sure you got the correct mag well for the version of gun? I have had no problems with mine on the FS and even considered one for the compact. I even reviewed it as I'm sure you are aware. Mags have been in and out of the well 100s of times!

Turns out the seller sent the wrong part. I ordered one full size first, then after thinking about it ordered three compacts as a second order. He combined the order to save postage - but I got four full size, which don't fit the compact. Also one of them was missing the screw. They are built to order thus the no return policy. He's going to make good on it though.

I mounted the full size on my orange gun, which is the only full size Dagger frame I have. It fits but I'm not crazy about it. Basically, it's just a small flare on the grip. I should have examined the photos a bit more closely. I'm not convinced it's effective as other magwells I've used due to the small size, but I'll give it a try. It also seems brittle to me. Especially at the screw for the 'butt plug'. Super easy to strip that taking the magwell on/off. Threads in soft plastic get buggered too easily. I beat these low cost DIY guns like a rented mule. I would like to have seen a bushing added, but it was a low cost item. You get what you pay for. I only paid 18 bucks for each. When these magwells break or I find something better, I'll toss them. Metal preferred or something like the Strike Industries magwell for the P80. It's plastic but has a metal bushing for the screw.

So I'll revise my statement and the thread title. If you get the right part, it can fit but if you want a serious magwell, this one is mostly decorative. As a funnel to aid you in rapidly inserting a mag while on the move, it's a bit small. Pic shows Pmag inserted

(1) my 17rd Pmags drop easily when empty, (2) I use 21-rounders that stick out about 1.5".

I have several of these and found them to work fine and the seller’s colors match PSA colors. Here are 2 in a PSA pistol case. I like them because they fill the gap at the bottom of the grip.

PSA recommends them too. When you have the right one, it seems to fit and it does dress up that bland grip somewhat. I just dont think it's very effective as an aid in inserting a mag quickly, which is the whole point of a magwell. Personal preference I guess. It looks cheap to me. A little too raw.

Deleted. Wrong thread
