Laser engravers?

Does anyone have an experience or recos on an affordable laser engraver? Primarily interested in serializing frames and AR lowers.
 
Yeah I have etched a couple with your fantastic tutorials. But:
  • Having trouble getting a good etch on anodized lowers (trying the EZ-Off thing)
  • Would like to get some markings on Polymer frames
Would be up for getting an engraver if there is an affordable one that can do metal.
 
Ah that’s cool. Oven clean removes the anodized coating off the Al. Then it can be etched. That process would seem a bit tedious if wanting small alphanumeric etching. I can see why’d want an engraver. Hope u r able to find one.
 
If you're in or close to Louisiana, Advanced Laser Engraving in Covington. He is a Army veteran, overall great guy and does really clean work. He is a FFL too
