Lawyers are weighing in and saying these pardons/clemency aren't worth the paper they are written on. In the few cases where it has happened... like Ford pardoning Nixon... the matter saw no legal challenge from any side. So it stood. If Bondi + Co. determines a crime was committed, the DOJ can and should prosecute.
