New G17 size Dagger now available

I love my PSA Dagger G19, this would be great for anyone with supersize hands. For a $300+ pistol, it is packed with features of a much higher tier pistol.

I agree. Hopefully they also release a subcompact version, and make the complete uppers available for sale separately, like the original Dagger

I got that email too. I called to verify the 19x/45 size. The girl on the phone was clueless & said let me put you on hold & I'll ask our product specialist. After 25min total time I was disconnected..šŸ˜’

Last year PSA said they were working on 43 or 43x size, not sure about SC. Definitely will try 43x when they drop.

I'm waiting for Jakl in 300 BO, so I can larp around and pretend I have the "Q Honey Badger" :ROFLMAO:

Lists the barrel at 3.9" so I think it's still a G19 slide, but with a G17 grip..

Bummer, the email made it sound like a full size G17. So all they changed was their frame, it's the same G19 sized slide

Yeah I'd love a Dagger G17 slide! Here's from the description:

"The PSA Full Size - S Dagger offers the ergonomics of a full-size frame while utilizing a compact slide. Our Full Size - S Dagger is compatible with all of our Dagger Compact slides and components."

I got excited and never read the description

They make a Compact X slide that would make it "sort of" like a 17...

From the description on their site it sounds like this is essentially a 19L slide so.. yea I guess you could combine their long frame with their X slide to make a true full-size (assuming they don't already sell in this configuration. I didn't look Lol.)

I watched the Compact X slides for a long time waiting for them to go on sale. They havenā€™t listed a complete weapon in that configuration that I know of. One day, they went on sale so I grabbed one. The recoil spring seat is at the back of the dust cover so standard 19 springs fit.

I think it looks handsome on my P80 frame. I prefer a longer barrel and shorter grip. Havenā€™t had the chance to shoot it yet.

I'm a sucker for full-size. Perhaps it is a "skill issue" but I like to be able to really get good purchase on the gun with both hands. If I ever was to get a Dagger I would try to snag a Compact X slide for sure.

Let me know how it shoots!

This is a comparo: PSA will gladly sell you both size frames in a package deal... ;)

The FDE Dagger with Xslide I think is a customer pic from PSA
