Pacific Heat Sizer HS-12 Rebuild

Well I received all the parts and pieces to bring this sizer back to life. I tested the new heating element and heat controller (Suggested by Chat GPT). Now all I have to do is decide on what base I am going to use and if I even want to use the controller. the original was just a plug in and the heating element would heat up. I plan on making a ventilated box if i decide to use the controller.

Resize (reround) paper and plastic hulls also you can repair paper hulls by rewaxing the opening.

Pacific Heat Sizer project completed. It work great, I decided to keep the heat controller for better heat adjustments. I laser cut a box to house it in, and I think it turned out well. I think I will get alot of use out of this.

Clean shop. There's zero dust on any of the tools!
You guys have a maid using Lemon Pledge on those screw drivers? LOL!

The shop here needs lots of work and shit piles up in stacks and heaps in every nook and cranny! I'm lucky to find a square foot of workspace on a bench.
Where's R. Lee Ermey (rip) when you need him? I need bullwhip discipline cleaning the jelly donuts up!
