Video Practical Concealed Carry Tips They Don’t Teach Anymore

Good things to be thinking about though I can't agree with the "put the gun in your pants" advice when sitting on the comode. Minimally because he goes into zero detail about what he means - does he mean laying in the crotch of the pants (good chance of it tumbling one way or the other as it isn't secure) or into a pocket (great idea again with the risk of catching the trigger on something), etc. To me, keeping it in the holster is paramount to it being kept safe. If you need to remove it to take care of a normal bodiy function, IMHO then you need to rethink how you are carrying.

I do try the "go low" approach and inevitably some clown wants to still try to reach under my arm. I've tried to remedy that a bit by leading with my non carry side and doing a side hug. In some circles, that's more acceptable than a full frontal hug anyway,

I think he meant in the "nest" made by your pants / underwear. You could either lay the gun in there or the holster-gun combo in there (if the holster is easily unclipped from the belt. But I agree he wasn't very clear on that.

Another technique is to lift and spread the elastic waistband of your underwear (assuming you're not "commando!") and wrap it over the side, covering the gun / holster.

No going into the mosh pit or crowd surfing at a concert with a carry piece on you... :D
