This is from Reddit, yet I can confirm this is true due to handling a PSA Dagger striker myself.
"You can run a Glock striker in the Dagger slide but not the other way around. I found this out thinking the PSA striker assembly would be a cheap reliable striker replacement for my Glock slides"
The Dagger's striker has a wider tip, and will not function in a Glock slide unless you modify its tip, which would probably result in a shorter lifespan.
