What is a synopsis of the video content? It's over 8 minutes long.

This is from my state Sen when I wrote about the new shit they are pulling.

Dear Michael:

Thank you for reaching out with your thoughts on gun restrictions. Communication between lawmakers and citizens is vital to the legislative process. Your input and participation helps create a better future for our nation.
I share your concerns, and believe in upholding your constitutionally protected right to self-defense as it is an essential part of self-government. I believe that at its core, the Second Amendment helps ensure that individuals and local communities can serve as the first line of defense against threats to our persons and property. Many of the current gun proposals are both constitutionally problematic and serve primarily to limit the freedoms of law-abiding citizens. As such, any legislation that would restrict our basic right to self-defense deserves serious and open debate. Rest assured that I will do all within my power to defend this right, and will keep your thoughts in mind as I do so.

I appreciate your engagement with my office and hope you always feel welcome to give us a call. I invite you to subscribe to my online newsletter, follow me on social media, and sign up for my townhalls at this link or by texting “senmikelee” to 828282.
Thank you again for reaching out to my office, and please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can assist you with.

Dear Mr. Huot,

Thank you for contacting me regarding H.R. 1961, the ATF Accountability Act of 2021. Listening to your thoughts and concerns helps me better represent the people of Utah's First District in Congress.

As you may know, H.R. 1961 would create a transparent appeals process for individuals found in violation of regulations created by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). In recent years, the ATF has increased its issuance of inconsistent classification rulings, often without being released to the public or even being subject to a formal appeals process. I support law enforcement, but I also strongly believe that increased transparency and oversight is critical to ensuring that the ATF remains legitimate in the eyes of the public. While I have not yet had an opportunity to vote on H.R. 1961, you can rest assured that I will keep your support for the bill in mind.

I am very grateful that you took the time to contact me. Knowing your views gives me the opportunity to better understand how important issues impact you. For additional information regarding current legislation and my representation of the First Congressional District, I invite you to visit my website and to follow me on Twitter and Facebook. You can also opt-in to my newsletter to stay up to date on my activities in the District and in Washington, D.C., and learn more about how my office can serve you.

Sincerely,

Not so much... But, if I watched every video that came to me, I'd be watching videos 24/7.
LoL 🤣
This is what I do because I literally watch/Listen to videos all day.
I put the videos I can listen to in my "Watch Later" section on You Tube and when I'm working around the house or doing whatever I have headphones on and listen to the videos.
I'm putting a bookcase together right now listening to gun videos on you tube right now.

I'm at the point that I won't even look / start a video, unless the poster or whoever is sending it to me gives me a nutshell version of what it's about. I automatically ignore those that come with a message that says "Watch this!" Noooooooope.

I get it. I only use that phrase when posting a video if it is really really really important. My Mother taught me not to cry wolf 🤣
As far as posting a nutshell version of what is in the video I have found that the more comments I make in a post the more people try to fact check ME instead of just watching the video. I have made mistakes in the past before and they seem to concentrate on that and calling me out instead of just realizing that I can make mistakes.
If people don't want to watch it, that's fine. I just post videos of topics that I think are important to our Rights and Freedoms.
Not everyone is going to agree with me either and that's why I try not to add comments to the videos, the videos are the creation of the creators and I try not to muck up the message being sent by the creator.

Oy, veh! Some people suck, eh?

My other Senator reply to me. It is funny not one really answered any of my questions.

Dear Mr. Huot,
Thank you for contacting me to share your views. I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue.
I support the Second Amendment, and I believe that state and local officials – not the federal government – are best suited to determine what gun laws will be most effective in their respective communities.
As I committed to the people of Utah when I ran for the Senate, I do not support new federal gun legislation, with the exception of the removal of bump stocks for public sale and an updated background check system. The federal background check process must be reliable, and I support enhancing existing background checks in a way that does not interfere with the right of law-abiding citizens to own guns for their personal protection, hunting, or any other lawful purpose. I also believe we should enforce the law against people who use or obtain guns illegally.
Thank you again for contacting me. Please reach out anytime about this or any other matter of concern. You may also be interested in visiting my website for news and legislative updates, or signing up to receive weekly e-newsletters and other important information.
