I say: YES! Either you're a full-fledged adult at age 18.... or you aren't. If you can be drafted to serve in a war, then you should be able to vote, buy a beer, smoke, and own and carry guns.

Judge rules Florida’s concealed carry age limit unconstitutional in Plantation case

If you are trained to break things, blow up stuff, kill with your bare hands and take life with guns and armament for the USA (and DIE for the USA), they had better well grant you adult rights.

What color is the 18 year old? :ROFLMAO:

I was inducted 20 days after my 17th birthday and was carrying an M-16 daily well before my 18th. The only place I could drink was on base/post. Never worried about carrying a gun on US soil because times were much different, and I was able to handle myself better than most.

At 18 I was married, a father, and making all of my own decisions(of course with the now ex-wife's input).

I see no reason that responsible 18 year olds should not be allowed to conceal carry. People are either responsible, or they are not. That can usually be determined well before the age of 18, IMHO.

Firearms are tools, nothing more.
