Video Stossel: War on Words: Both Parties Try to Silence Speech They Don’t Like

Facebook is a private company and therefore not subject to Constitutional oversight. HOWEVER, as soon as the gov't imposes its will on Facebook (as BOTH sides admitted), then Facebook becomes an AGENT of the government, and it DOES become a 1st Amendment infringement.

I am as much an absolutist when it comes to the 1st Amendment as I am the 2nd Amendment.
