Yep. Saw that too. Total dumbass. This is why the Ay Tee Eff will not give up. They cant. The law is clear about SBRs and they have to enforce it. The smart move is for Congress to eliminate the SBR category in NFA. It's no longer relevant. I'm not sure it ever was.
