So I guess it remains nobody will be able to buy a G18. Except Private Dunkin. Because he's a preferred customer at his local Army-Navy Store.

FRT's are already available for Glock handguns (and clones).
 
A LOT of people having issues trying to get these to work. The most cringeworthy piece of advice that I've come across is the "just keep soaking it in oil and eventually it will work"
If anyone is interested in going down this route or at least interested in how it works, here is a very good video complete with animation.

This is for the forced reset. You are forcing the trigger to reset quicker. This is not the binary, which is when you pull the trigger it fires, and when you release it, it fires.

The ATF just raided 3 of the most popular 3D gun designers. Didn't charge them, but did keep all their computers cellphones etc. Definitely sending a message.
 
So FRT’s are legal but I can’t buy an 80% frame for semi auto Glock, am I understanding and up to date? I can’t keep track anymore!😂

What do you mean by 3d printer peeps? Just average Joes who are printing frames? Or manufacturers? Or thought leaders / content creators?

Mostly guys who are posting their restricted NFA items on YouTube and other venues.

Some top tier guys host channels where they show you how to change the texture on your grips, and modify your printed frames. Since they are top tier, they get all kinds of comps from suppliers wanting them to try their products. They recently had a large give away of all kinds of goodies. Slides, barrels, optics, triggers, rails etc etc. To enter you had to post pictures of your builds and include the phrase "F..K the ATF"

Not sure if that was the reason, but I'm sure it didn't help.
