So, I bought this as a solution for summer days when wearing a tee shirt and drawstring shorts and the need to carry presents itself. It can be worn in whatever position is desired as an IWB with shirt tail out. I have also worn it when we had to attend a conference that was business casual and the wearing of a jacket would be uncomfortably warm, so I wore it with the gun under the left arm kinda sorta shoulder holster position under a dress shirt. I was able to wear it all day without undue discomfort, but you must avoid making it too tight.

Pros:
3-1/2" wide elastic strap with generous amount of Velcro. Much more comfortable that the cheapie bands with a 2" wide strap.
Side that touches your body is advertised as "Yoga Pants Material" and they claim it won't absorb sweat and smell bad.
Gun side is Cordura and is much better made than the cheapies that are just elastic material.
Gun pouch portion is reinforced elastic with heavy stitching.
Elastic pouches for two spare magazines.

Cons:
Being elastic, one handed re-holstering is not happening. Same for magazines. I do wish they had devised a way to make the mouth of the holster not collapse when the gun is drawn.
Holster is furnished with a magnetic retention strap that is not worth using. Fortunately, the gun side portion is held by Velcro and can be removed.
Not something you can put on except in private. You need time to put it on, adjust strap tension, position the gun, and blouse your shirt to ensure you're not printing. Same procedure as a tuckable IWB, just a little more fiddling.

So, in closing, is this my favorite holster? No. But it fills a niche for situations where a belt holster is either not possible due to wardrobe, or not concealable enough. So, think beach wear and dress wear if a jacket can't be worn.

It's a solid step up from the plain belly bands.
