If I'm by myself (not meeting friends at the range), I'll go through 150 - 200+ in an hour.I always run a box of defensive rounds as I pace thru my defensive shooting drills. A handgun range day for me is 200-400 rounds.
I have been using their 115 gr FMJ for years with no issues. Also have some of their 124 gr FMJ and no concerns either. I know there are folks who throw shade at S&B. I'd like to understand why (truly, not a snarky comment). It is an imported ammo. Unsure if that is why or if folks have run into actual problems with it. Frankly, it has been my go to range ammo and I have only tried others due to availability as well as pricing and have had less than stellar experience with some bargain ammo. While I get that it is practice ammo, when you have FTF/FTE issues you want to understand if it is the ammo or the gun. Scientifically speaking, if you change up the ammo then you add a variable to the equation. What's your (anyone) experience with Sellier & Bellot 9mm FMJ ammo?
