Man, get the right contoured slide to go with that, and a stunning "Glock" will be, without looking like...a block. Probably a HUGE improvement in the grip as well.

I can shoot anything. But what do I prefer, what fits & suits me/you best? As with guitars, I can play them all and play them well if I may say so (forgive me)- 50's, 60's, thin, tongue depressor 'shredder' profile, U neck, V neck, C or D shape.....but I have my preferences and stay away from the others if possible. Of course there also is a difference in this application with mass that contributes to other things, but I digress.

Racer are you going to give one of those a try? I would, and I might when the budget allows...

No plans at the moment. They look intriguing, though.

I've got SO many frames that remain unbuilt at the moment. I'm having a hard time justifying it, as it's not THAT unique to me... like the clear Geisler is.

I"m liking their green and gray colors! I hope that is a genuine color or close to it and not an issue with lighting.

I think most of the colors that P80 produced were terrible. Way too bright and hard to match or blend with slides well. $00.02

Looks cool. Is it better? I'd need to fondle one to be sure. The grip texture is interesting. I'm not a huge fan of the sandpaper style. This example reminds me a tiny bit of Walther and HK, whose grip designs are among the best in strikerland. I also like the ODG.

I really like their green ones. Wonder how much shipping is?

Just wondering if the stippling is lasered cut in the mold or after it is molded? From the pictures looks like it is cut into the mold, if so I have another question, how aggressive is the grip? Molded grips do not have the same aggressive feel as hand stippled grip.
Not that I am in need of any more frames at this time most of the molded grips I have held didn't feel aggressive.

I'd bet a cheeseburger deluxe and a vanilla shake it's molded. I'm about to find out for sure.

Texture is a personal thing. I dont like over aggressive stippling or G10. Most handguns that allow for grip panels like 1911's? Most of the time I replace whatever is on the gun with smooth wood. I prefer it. In most cases I have no problem controlling a handgun without the extra traction. Now and then, I have left G10 grips on but knocked them down with sandpaper.

There are always exceptions. There have been times when I would prefer G10 or more aggressive texture on a polymer gun grip. On a race gun or a duty weapon. Reason being your hands can become wet with water, sweat, or blood. Blood is slippery and you may have to shoot with one hand. I have tested that theory.

My EDC is a Hellcat and Springfield has done a remarkable job with providing the right amount of 'bite' in the frame grip. The Echelon design is pretty good too.

In spite of my affection for Springfield, I believe Walther has developed the perfect grip in terms of shape and texture. The newest PDP is sheer perfection in terms of grip shape and texture. I must add that the trigger is better than any other striker gun I have ever shot with a factory trigger.
