I’ve had good luck rebluing these 1981 and 82 rifles, for those who are not familiar with these, in 1964 Winchester began making these receivers from a sintered casting process and plating them which yielded a number of different colors and variables of receiver variations from 64 to 82. These are some before during and after cold bluing with Birchwood Casey super blue
