The irony is that men are dogs and women are cats.
So, men are not Leopards, they're Shepherds.

Def Leppard got this all backwards and the world never noticed it until this day.
But, some band members did sport long hair.
 
True story....

I met one of the members of a band called, "The Dog Police." They had one eponymous hit song that played on MTV back in the 80s.

I was a waiter at a Mexican restaurant. Made conversation with one of my customers. Asked him what he did. In the music business.

"I was once in a band you've probably never heard of..."

Oh yeah? What was the name of the band?

"The Dog Police."

Not only have I heard of that band, I have the album! I won it as a gag prize at a fraternity party!

He cracked up.

I also served Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), and R.E.M. sat at our bar (I wasn't there for that one).
 
Shows they are not committed if the still have their original parts.
