Part of the agreement is that P80 will never again "advertise or sell 'đź‘»guns' in the city". Additionally they cannot market or sell in the Eastern District of PA for four years. Those counties being Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton. They also got slammed with a $1.3M fine. Interestingly the actual settlement agreement has a provision for the instance that P80 files for bankruptcy, hopefully it doesn't come to that. What I think is the craziest part is P80 is now required to provide on a quarterly basis information for every single individual or dealer they sell to in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio, and Virginia.

JSD will not be allowed to sell to any dealer or individual in PA for four years, regardless of whether or not they are located in the Eastern District of PA.

I find the articles use of the word "đź‘»gun" interesting as they offer no definition for what exactly that is, and in 41 pages of legal documents that term doesn't appear once. I myself live in the Eastern District of PA, an hour outside of Philly, Bucks County to be specific. On the 19th I placed an order with US Patriot Armory for a P80 PF940SC (G26). Will be interesting to see if I receive it or not.

Sucks to live in PA, eh?
It definitely sucks more than it used to. It's a shame, South East PA really used to be an amazing place to live, Philly included. I love Philly, it's home, but every year watching the city slowly turn into a cesspool of drug addicts, corrupt politicians, and kids who to no fault of their own don't have a father in the home, or any role model for that matter to raise them into a good and productive member of society. I'd like to say I'm optimistic on this city really turning around, but I'll be honest in saying that's probably just self-deception.

"The City of Brotherly Love", yeah, right...
