Got these from gunbroker for retail price and retail package. All 5x has feeding issues. Most get stuck in the middle. I don't have OEM MP15-22 mag to compare, but took some pictures and looks like the loading assist rails are bent or warped. Is this how it was designed or are these defective?

100% PSA lower with 556 classic upper, CMMG conversion & Redi Mag Adopter

to be clear, when I said getting stuck, I meant on the MP15-22 mag, I'm didn't even feed to the gun, I'm having issues magazine getting stuck going down or up during loading

hit em with a hammer! That's odd for all 5 to be malfunctioning. I have no answer. They do look warped.

yea, more likely gunbroker vendor didn't store at temp control warehouse or somethin... all 5 have same warping profile, getting stuck going down and up. Just need to confirm I got the detective items before sending email to seller or MP.

Best I can tell from a google search of M&P mags there shouldn't be a warped area.

Seeing those warped feed button tracks explains why the empty magazines are getting stuck partway down. Any honest retailer should give you a refund.

Looks like these are defective... My friend compared my pictures with his MP15-22 OEM mag, it's straight.
Contacted GB seller and told me to contact S&W customer care, hopefully, they can fix/replace it.

One would think the seller on GB would do the right thing and take them back and they could call S&W.

I'm sure if they in original package S&W will make good on them unless they say they been let in the heat, etc.

Ha~ your giving GB too much credit, I didn't have high hope, GB has a buyer's protection program, I may have to file that if S&W doesn't honor the warranty

No hits when I search for info about defective 15-22 mags. I doubt that's a factory defect. I'm guessing they were exposed to heat to distort them like that. They shouldn't be wavy like that.
Hope the vendor or S&W helps you out.

@Mooner Here's a tip. Manufacturers don't like any signs that someone has tampered or modified their products and this applies to everything, not just gun parts. I wouldn't send them the photo that has dremel bits in the background, nor any other clutter. You don't want to give them any ammo to say you may have tinkered with them. And possibly remove the mag numbers with light duty goo gone or 3M adhesive remover. Anything that won't hurt the polymer. $00.02

Just looked at mine. Tracks are perfectly flat. I can take photos if you want. But, yeah... flat, and they work perfectly.
