In practice, the wheel needs to be bigger with her head in the center to prevent that...but it never made it to Beta testing.

It would still cause other physiological issues like "GLOC." (gravity induced loss of consciousness) But it would be fun to watch!

Not entirely the case. There was a news story a couple of years ago. Some female decided she wanted to be a boy. Got all the surgeries and hormone treatment. She was pissed because male pattern baldness, which ran in her family, set in and she was going bald. Nobody told her/him he/she said.
