Refugees overrunning your city is a problem now? Is that what I'm hearing?​

The biggest reason for the declaration of emergency is that the LGBTQ Commission would then have access to the city's emergency bank account for things like "gender-affirming care".

Because there's no bigger emergency than city-funded sex changes.

Whether or not the city declares the emergency, the LGBTQ Commission is happy they're talking about it.

And Texas is happy to have that crowd gone.
