Just had this conversation yesterday with my banker. Young people today are watchers, not readers. That's why a lot of news stories are presented as a short video. TL;DR is a mantra with them.
But my attention span is longer than the non reading crowd and I can read what the talking head is saying faster that they can say it.

We need to bring back RIF. If you don't know what that is, you probably need it too.
