I don't know if you've seen the entire video but he's wailing on the car shown in the picture with the hammer prior to walking over to her. She should have had a gun in hand and this would have been a non-story. (At least here in FL)

I believe every man and woman should have their day in court EXCEPT when it is blatantly obvious they are guilty. This is clearly one of those cases. Besides being caught on camera, I'm sure he was covered in the victim's blood! A small panel looks at the evidence and quickly makes a guilty determination. Then they string him up and let the floor drop that same hour...

The same should happen to the lunatic train rider/stabber in NC. Obviously guilty and tried to cover it up. Not competent to stand trial? BULLSHIT! I got my PP slapped by X for 12hrs for saying to the effect of: "He's damaged goods--f*cking hang him already!" Apparently that is promoting violence...

Unfortunately, poor situational awareness on her part.

Even though I'm armed, I'm not going to approach or confront that guy. I'm not even going to yell at him. I'm going to stay out of his sight, and I'm calling 911 and staying AWAY from him.

I would stay inside (with my gun in one hand) and the phone in the other hand. If he comes in the store, it's go time.
