Video Covid: Don’t Let Them Off The Hook (I'm STILL pissed!)

There has to be a name for this logical fallicy. It is the flip side of Appeal to Authority. Flood the information space with bullsh!t so truths will be recieved as lies. It is a tactic of manipulation. This is probably why measles is returning.

The argument and assumption that someone who refuses ONE vaccine (such as the covid shot - not actually a vaccine) is "anti-vax" is an easy logical fallacy to call out: Straw Man Argument.

If you have had a measles vaccine, then you have nothing to worry about, eh? Because that vaccine actually works. It's an actual vaccine. I don't care about those who are contracting measles. It's not my problem and doesn't affect me.

The mRNA "vaccines" are NOT vaccines. But that does not mean I'm "anti-vax." Hardly.

Alex, real question.
Do you smoke weed? I mean like a lot of weed? Not the weak Mexican stuff, but that purple green stuff, blue/green haired chronic super weed?

I share your distrust of what motivates many of our Federal agencies. I still got the shingles vaccine. And boy did both shots kick my ass!

People are wondering who is the leader of the Democrat party. I will tell you who: Donald J. Trump! They listen to everything he says and stake out whatever position is 180 degrees opposed to whatever he tweeted at 3am this morning. Unfortunately he is also prone to the same manipulation. Walz and Frey and their merry band of paid #resist staff have taken the air completely out of the huge fraud allegations in that state. I would like to see ICE and CBP leave Minnesota and FBI come in to investigate the fraud. It would be a lot harder to spin the story of having a riot show up to that investigation as a righteous social justice action.
I skipped the shingles vaccine mostly because of the distrust I felt after COVID. Guess what happened.

It took 3 months to fully recover from shingles. The scabby scales on my scalp were mildly painful and not such a big deal. The inflammation sores also appeared inside my mouth and throat. I had no idea this was possible. I couldn't eat or swallow without pain and once the healing started it itched like a mofo. An itch that felt like it was inside my head. That went on for a month and a half. I was occasionally dizzy and had headaches for three months.

It makes no difference to me what other people do. My opinion having experienced shingles is if you don't get the vaccine... I say good luck with that. You may be sorry.

Shingles can re-occur. And sometimes do. It's not a one and done thing.

Lucky for me, I never had chickenpox. Shingles can happen only to those who have had chickenpox before, which IS the vast majority of people. Shingles is caused by a "dormant" chickenpox (herpes zoster) virus.

For whatever reason, I never got chickenpox when I was younger.

But yeah... anyone who has had shingles will tell you it fucking sucks.

I agree philosophically but you must know Ted is a crazy as a box of rocks and makes shit up. Like how he was working as a deputy catching bad guys. It's bullshit. Never happened.

Oh, he's a nut, for sure! But we need some unfiltered people out there!

I know the Motor City Madman is beloved in some gun circles. Personally, I think he casts a negative shadow on gun owners. Gun haters love it when he opens his mouth because he comes across like he's insane. I agree with his dislike of gun control I just wish he would shut the fuck up or at least not pretend to be a spokesman for law abiding, responsible gun owners.

Making fun of the "We Got This" pro jab club re: COVID.... I'm inclined to agree with Ted on the sheep reference. I think the jab zealots were and remain far more delusional than gun haters. Some people just don't like guns and even though I firmly disagree with draconian gun control you can have a rational discussion with someone who doesn't agree about the pros and cons of guns in society.

On the other hand, you cannot argue with the irrational mob who demanded and largely succeeded in mandating injecting an untested science project and gene-altering substance into millions of people's veins.

Guns and jabs... not the same thing in my book.

But many, if not most, of those who had/have one, did/do not have the other. 🤔
I'm not sure about that. Most guns owners have a job and if you had a job, unless you owned the business, you got the jab or got fired.

I'd put money on the majority of gun owners got the shot. At least the first two.

The NRA did not require employees to get the shot but recommended they do. In the DC area, I'd be gobsmacked if the majority didnt get the jab.

You could be immune. If not and you get chicken pox as an adult it can go badly. It can kill you.

You didnt get the vaccination when you were a child? Maybe when you went to Venezuela? None of your kids got chicken pox? The vax is usually administered when a child is a year or so old.

I was with Best Buy when the scamdemic went down. Even as incredibly woke as that company is, we weren't forced to choose between our jobs or the jab. I don't believe that the majority of workplaces required it. I have no data on that, just my opinion.

It would be interesting to get some reliable statistical data on this topic.

Gallup says 36% of all workers, all sectors had a mandate. They noted that some sectors like healthcare were much higher than others.

My son is in biomedical equipment and he was required to get the jab. In fact, two people in his workplace were caught faking the vax form that proved you had the shots. They were terminated.

If you've never had chicken pox, you can catch it from someone who has shingles.

Chicken Pox when you are an adult, can make you sterile. You won't be able to have more kids. A concern if you want to be like Michael Douglas. Or is that measles, I can't remember.

Really? That has literally never once occurred in my lifetime.

Not sure what you mean by this. A mandate for what? 36% of workers were mandated to GET the shots? Or 36% of them AGREE with the mandate?

To get the shot. Required by the employer. Obviously far more agreed and voluntarily got the jab.

My partner and I decided against requiring it. Some clients required it. I decided to get the shots and handle those clients myself if nobody on the crew wanted the jab.. Rather than lose the business. Some of the crew got the shots, others didn’t.

Well then they have a choice. Fortunately, that wasn't an issue for me. But if it was, I would make them fire me. I would not get the shot to save my job. Zero percent chance of that. My life and health are worth more than ANY job.
