The brass thingys on the Sten mag are capacity limiters placed there by England to prevent the paki's from having equal fire power should there be a uprising.
Dosent mean much just cool history.

2 hashes bottom of mag

Pretty basic sub gun. Mac 10 clone. I had the 45 for a long time. Traded it. Kind of wish I hadn’t.

That gun would shoot even the cheapest reloads reliably. It had the barrel extender/heat shield option.

I have a pic someplace. I’ll look for it

They arent good for much other then Ouis and Ahhs at the range.
That buffer is an issue, it will get gummy and cause some interesting----‐---reactions.
I have the barrel extension & whatnot. Made a heatsheild/ handgaurd grip and a mount for a 1913 rail on back of it similar to
Suppressor works best for not shooting yer pinky finger/toe off.
The mini here is a bit smaller then the Mac 9/10/11. Smaller then my micro uzi.

Side charger prohibits any type shoulder rig. Right or left.
Ya know if ya every wanted to do Rambo Dress up day.
You can velcro it to a plate carrier- that looks all scary or moronic depending on the angle 😜

Yea. That's why I traded it. Not exactly practical unless you can transport back to 1982 and be part of the Cuban crime wave or a coke dealer in Miami. :). I liked its mechanical simplicity. You definitely need to watch where your fingers are when shooting it without the barrel extension or a can. The 45 was pretty heavy to shoot one handed.

Use to be part of The Machine Gun club of South Florida back in the day.

South Florida historical Black Powder society or some such.
Like the machine gun club we got Markam to ourselves 1 day a month. Sometimes several days.
Loads of fun, especially the competitions.
Good times with me and my dad.
Dad got into the dress up, I mostly went to shoot stuff.
Had a 6 gun cartridge competition every so often. THAT WAS AWESOME. Lots of smoke

I was in a local muzzleloader club years ago. The competition was always fun, shooting feathers, coins and even splitting a ball on an axe head to break two clays

Forgot about the axe, lol. I played poker alot and always entered the card splitting- on edge at 30yards.
Cant see my truck at 30yards anymore.
Fun times
