They're already running between Phoenix and Fort Worth, Dallas and Houston and will be running up and down I-5 in California anytime.

200 miles of range? So this won't be for "OTR" (over the road - long range) transport. Just local / regional.
The average truck driver does 500 - 600 miles per day. Range on a full tank of fuel for a semi is 900 - 2000 miles.

That particular one will be mainly local. It's used to transport Containers from shipping yards and train depots, but it's all electric emissions free. There are many out there that run on diesel and other fuels that have the same range as semis with drivers.
They've been testing them for years, with drivers in the cabs, but now they're starting to get them out there with no drivers.

No such thing as "emissions free." The emissions are just relocated (to the power plant generating the electricity).

Then the reboot of Duel will be even more dystopian.
What car will replace the Valiant?
I think a Tesla or some other EV would be appropriate. They could add more drama with the vehicles communicating/
