Horrible murder in NC

There's a video of this around. I'm in Canada right now and can't pull it up.
 
For some reason I thought the video I saw of this was of a guy and may have commented thusly on another thread here. The opinion post notes she was in condition "white" and I would have to agree. :rolleyes: Came in and sat down right in front of the shitnugget, never looking up from her phone, totally oblivious. Too bad there wasn't someone on the train to pop a cap in his ass and save the taxpayers millions of dollars...
 
Makes my blood boil every time I see it.
That innocent girl was just existing, and that nut thought she shouldn't.

If you dig into his past, you'll see clear signs of derangement.
 
Nobody did anything. There were other people in that car.

I rode light rail, subways, and busses a lot. DC, Atlanta, NYC, San Francisco. I was always armed. This happened so fast no one could have saved that girls life but I would have put two shots in that monster if I witnessed this brutal, senseless murder. I likely would have gone for the third in his skull just to make sure he was not going to get up. Ever.

There is no fixing these people.

She appears to be wearing her work outfit and a hat from probably her employer which
both have identical logos and the words of a pizza parlor on it. It was around 10pm, so she appears to
probably have just gotten off of work. A pizza job after coming from Ukraine.

I have also seen an interview of what appears to be a co-worker outside a pizza parlor at night.
The girl being interviewed was in tears.

Contrary to what you may read on social networks, several people did come to her aid after the perp left the train. See below. None of the people close to the girl at the time she was stabbed helped her. Two fled the train and the rear of the car immediately after the perp left the car while others moved to another place in the car immediately after he stabbed her.

God bless the victim and the two main people helping her at the end. The woman helping is a hero with no cape, but there is little she could do.

That shitnugget is not save-able. No trial, straight to the gallows or better yet, guillotine. If someone thinks they can "save" him, fine--they can have the head and put it in a jar, then in their freezer. But the body must die! 😠
 
PS: I don't know if I've ever mentioned this, but I am a strong proponent of the death penalty. NO "life sentence" in prison, EVER! No pleas, no bargains, no age minimums, nope. If what a criminal did was bad enough for a life sentence, it should be death sentence. And not just murderers, but attempted murderers, computer hackers and spammers, fentanyl smugglers, child rapists and so on.

And public execution as a deterrent. Someone might not give a shit about their victim but they might still care about bringing shame to momma...
 
I am hardcore about two things in this category

1. Bring back asylums for the hopelessly crazy but harmless and set aside part of the facility for the criminally insane. They shouldn't be in regular prisons. Solitary confinement for life. Issue them a length of rope on request and put a hook on the ceiling of every cell.

2. Violent offenders ... convicted murderers, pedophiles, rapists mandatory death sentence. One appeal and they get the needle. The appeal must occur within one year. Feeding and housing these shit bags for 20 years in seemingly endless appeals needs to end.
 
While I agree with no life sentences for certain crimes, I do have issue with the wrongfully convicted being executed. I know that this happens fewer than .1% of the time but it does happen.

The other thing that I have an even bigger issue with is the repeat offenders and the judges that let them out. If they can hold a bartender accountable for someone getting drunk and killing someone else while behind the wheel, or if they can hold a parent responsible for a deranged teen taking a gun from the house and shooting up a school, then they should hold these judges accountable when they let some criminal out and they go kill someone. And likewise they should hold the politicians accountable for letting in illegals that murder, rape, etc.

Be aware that DNA evidence convicts far more often than it exonerates. And when it DOES exonerate in a current case, unscrupulous prosecutors will often not introduce it into evidence... :eek:

30yo convictions getting overturned are often the result of evidence "spoilage" and lack of DNA to confirm results with.
 
If you want to sum up everything that is wrong with our country you need only to watch this video and start asking yourself questions answering with honesty and humility.
