I fit squarely into this generation. My childhood was awesome and FREE. We had so much fun and it was SIMPLE fun. It cost nearly nothing to get on our bikes and ride off into adventure. We played games and sports OUTSIDE. ALL DAY.
And even as a young adult in the 80s and 90s, I had FAR more certainty and positivity than I do now. I had more certainty sitting on a combat ship in the Persian Gulf in 1990 than I do now. That's saying something, and it's NOT an exaggeration.
