Just thought I'd throw this out there. I doubt that it will get much traction, but it shows what some in Congress think of the 2nd Amendment. They tried to get it attached to a Veteran Affairs bill, so that when people vote against the tax, they can cry and whine they're voting against Veterans.

Perfect! Think about it a sec... This would be the PERFECT set-up to abolish the NFA altogether. Seriously. Maybe I don't know enough about how all this works. But this is the first thing that came to mind. If they pass this... there could not be a better argument... no better reason... to abolish the act that requires a grossly unjust "poll tax."
