Question Lone Wolf Trigger Housing for PF45 = No Good?

I didnt know the gen 5 trigger housing and arm was compatible with the PF45 frame, does that compadibility include the connector and ejector?
Have you found that the gen 5 housing also needs modification to fit properly?
Yes, it will fit. I haven't needed to modify any trigger housings to fit my PF45's but if it needs a bit of sanding it won't take long.

You either need to modify your Gen 3 trigger arm or get a Gen 5 trigger arm and use a Gen 5 trigger housing. I've done both and the result is the same. Just cheaper to modify your trigger arm if you have parts laying around. The Gen 5 trigger assembly works the best of all assemblies and is a quantum leap for Glock trigger designs. Their designs are genius in their simplicity, but the Gen 5 assembly works fantastic.

You can also take the same housing and use it on all Glocks except 42, 43, and 48. Just takes a little modification to make it fit. Super easy and can be done very quickly with a Dremel or band sander. Of course, you will need the ejector for the round you are shooting but you only need to buy one housing for all your guns. It works so well that I have replaced pretty much all my Gen 3 and 4 housings with the Gen 5 standard and GPT on all those not running a Timney.

I ended up canceling my previous order(sorry MGB) and picked up a gen 5 OEM trigger assembly. Trigger housing fitting needed or not, I think its gonna be what I need to finally get this thing running like a song. Thanks for sticking me in the right direction and giving me a little bit of knowledge, friend🙂

Let us know how it works for you. Put some pre and post grub screws in the trigger housing for even better adjustability. I do it to everything not equipped with a Vex. It even helps with the Timney as it has overpull that you can adjust out.

Picked this up from MGB on ebay. Can anyone confirm that this housing needs the modification from video #23?
I bought the same kit from MGB. It is a standard assembly with NO modification made to it.
He does include the link to FreedomCrewUniversity showing the video on how to sand/dremel cut out so that it works.
Here is the link: MGB Polymer 80 PF45 Fix
I have not assembled mine yet so I can answer as to what I will have to do...

What are the part numbers for the Gen 5 housing and trigger bar?

Is it 5406 or 8203 for the housing (I think these are Gen 3)? Or is it P/N 47208?
I've purchased P/N 4417 for the trigger bar on G20/G21, but for the Gen 5, is it 33813?

Trigger bar is #33813

I swapped my ejector over to a Gen 5 trigger housing. I don't see a specific G20 Gen 5 housing listed.

I think I purchased the #47208 TH. That gave me a spare 9mm ejector which ironically left me with a left over part to justify another 9mm build. Funny how that works.

I ordered some but it takes a few weeks for them to come in. You can use #47208 for the PF45 and all other standard frame Glock/clones. For the Gen 3 regular frame, you just need to file the legs a bit but they drop right in the Gen 4 and PF45 frames.

Here is the standard gen 5 housing and one where the feet have been modified for the Gen 3.

I had no problems fitting a Gen5 because I modified my frame. It took 10 seconds with a dremel and sanding drum. I almost always agree with modifying the cheapest part, in this case, the trigger housing. It bothered me that the PF45 frame had a design defect so I eliminated the defect. Some, most or all may not have the desire to dremel on an irreplaceable part-the frame. I thought I documented it in a post but I can't find the post.
I think this is one of your posts below. I do believe you had a more recent post about it too with some white paint or a marker you used to mark some areas that described where to dremel. But, I couldn't find that one.

Finally got the gen 5 trigger assembly, as seem in one of my photos, it seems to sit flush on the rear shelf when fully seated. Although I ran into a snag when I went to put the slide on, and a part of the trigger assembly wouldnt go past the back plate. The back plate is from LW, does it need to be replaced?

You can modify it to make it work or get a Gen 5 cover. The right needs to be roughly the same size as the left.
