Bummer, the email made it sound like a full size G17. So all they changed was their frame, it's the same G19 sized slideLists the barrel at 3.9" so I think it's still a G19 slide, but with a G17 grip..

I got excited and never read the descriptionYeah I'd love a Dagger G17 slide! Here's from the description:
"The PSA Full Size - S Dagger offers the ergonomics of a full-size frame while utilizing a compact slide. Our Full Size - S Dagger is compatible with all of our Dagger Compact slides and components."
From the description on their site it sounds like this is essentially a 19L slide so.. yea I guess you could combine their long frame with their X slide to make a true full-size (assuming they don't already sell in this configuration. I didn't look Lol.)
I'm a sucker for full-size. Perhaps it is a "skill issue" but I like to be able to really get good purchase on the gun with both hands. If I ever was to get a Dagger I would try to snag a Compact X slide for sure.I watched the Compact X slides for a long time waiting for them to go on sale. They havenāt listed a complete weapon in that configuration that I know of. One day, they went on sale so I grabbed one. The recoil spring seat is at the back of the dust cover so standard 19 springs fit.
I think it looks handsome on my P80 frame. I prefer a longer barrel and shorter grip. Havenāt had the chance to shoot it yet.
Oh nice! Shout out to PSA for the hook up. I'm sure it won't break the bank either knowing them and their good prices. This is a comparo: PSA will gladly sell you both size frames in a package deal...
The FDE Dagger with Xslide I think is a customer pic from PSA
