Speaking of tracks, registration for a Florida black bear hunt permit ends tonight at midnight if anyone is interested. There are close to 200 permits being issued. More INFO. Last hunt was 2014 I think... The population is over 4000 which is up from only several hundred in the '70s...
 
Yes slippers, wife beater, joggin pants and this. I do carry the pocket knife I was issued by the State upon my birth.

Aint skard- Id go barefoot but the briers are hell.
We get a season every year. Not many go for bear. Mostly just early Deer Rifle. Same time/places.

Thats not the same 1 I got on camera. Ear tag 261 think he is. 2 years ago he was 350lbs when they caught him for a study.
Alot smarter then the smaller 1s. Never find his tracks in a road and he doesnt follow us around.
I try to stay out of his area till season opens.
I carry the 38 just in case though. šŸ¤­
