Said it before and will say it again. No one should be able to pass any gun laws other than congress and that should take a constitutional amendment. The wording and meaning is clear. Arguing that there were not guns like this back then would be like restricting speech and giving the reason to restrict as they did not have computers and phones back then and had no idea they would be so capable to spread false and misleading statements so quickly.
