Ordered RDX400, got it Friday afternoon. Missing few parts Like the freakin main bolt to hold it together.
I registered it, then sent a email. Sat stewing since Friday
Wouldnt ya know it, started emailing me back 10am today, dozen messages replied to with in minutes NOT HOURS MINUTES!!! No problem package on the way.
Have to admit, I didnt expect that. God I love America.
Rekon tomorrow is Thursday, maybe I can find something about that to be pissed off about because this certainly made today pretty damn awesome.

A+ for Ten Point/ Wicked Ridge customer service and AAA+ for response times.
The bows pretty damn nice too.

Update- received the correct parts for quiver- 2nd x is a charm. Lmao
After receiving correct part, called customer service and they walked me through all the parts. The wrong accessories parts bag had gotten placed in the RDX400 box.
Order placed with Tenpoint website received in 7days. Replacement cable and string, lighted nocks etc.
Took bow out prior to my surgery- 20 to 50 yards touching shafts on target.
Cocking device is SWEET!!!
Replaced factory scope w/Killer Instinct 1.5x5 speed ring. I needed a Illuminated reticle and @ $65 I couldn't argue. LOVE IT!!
Need to play with some more to get it perfect. Touch low at 20 and 2" low at 50yds. Just a matter of getting speed ring-aka magnification ring- dailed in. Have it set for 395fps and 400gr bolts.

At 50yds bolts were buried to the feathers in a new 400fps crossbow target.
Once I get my arm back Im going to see whats up past 50yds just for fun.
