ATF Enjoined from enforcing the final rule published on April 19, 2024 against:
Texas,
Louisiana,
Mississippi,
Utah,
Jeffrey Tormey,
GOA,
Gun Owners Foundation,
Tennessee Firearms Association,
Virginia Citizens Defense League.
Those folks not residing in the above states or organizations and you build collections as a hobby, and also have firearms for personal protection (yes, they're different scenarios under this rule), will want to listen to the video around the 7:58 minute mark. You actually will want to also listen to the two additional points prior to this part of the video, but the part at 7:58 minutes could/will affect folks in this forum if you sell any of your collection.
