Ledger from the hospital where Barry was supposed to be born at . On the day he was supposed to be delivered...

Except that this ledger date is for late July of 1911, not August 4, 1961 (date Barry was born). It shows that on the very top of the date column and further, the date of marriage for the parents is shown as late 1800's to about 1910.

This particular ledger entry seems to be ... meaningless. I'm not discounting the other items you've shown.
