We have a structure here in Central FL called the "I-4 Eyesore". It is in Altamonte Springs. While it IS glassed over, it is essentially hollow inside...

PS... I grew up there. And I later went back as a tourist in 1998 and proposed to my wife at the base of that waterfall (Angel Falls).
