The video is real: It's from a 2018 Facebook Live stream in Houston where Cassandra Damper accidentally shot Devyn Holmes in the head while mishandling a gun in a car. Holmes survived but suffered critical injuries requiring rehab. Damper pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and evidence tampering, got 10 years, but was released after 6 months on shock probation with conditions like 10,000 hours of community service and $50,000 restitution.

It appears this is in another country. They are speaking what sounds Slavic... perhaps eastern Europe/Balkans.

Former colleagues who have spent time in that part of the world told me Serbs, Romani... are fucking crazy and usually intoxicated. All day and night. Col David Hackworth said the soldiers in that region were some of the toughest, most violent SOBs he ever encountered. Like Inglorious Bastards crazy.
