My son just recently said something similar. He mentioned that his former studio apartment was now renting for 3 grand. He bought a house five years ago and his mortgage is half that. People vote with thier wallets. This is Trump's election to lose. He needs to focus on the economy and what independents care about.

I agree. Just a simple table with the cost of 12 items in 2020 and the percent increase in 2024. Then ask if the viewer's income has increased by 20% since 2020.

FYI - According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, prices for all items are 20.61% higher in 2024 versus 2020.
