Building the new Bridge (76%) frame ?

Sorry, don’t quite follow. “tad bit in the center”. ? The supplied bits are 3mm and 4mm. I haven’t done a 76 frame yet so not exactly sure the size of the “front” hole is, I kinda think it’s 3mm on the full and compact. Maybe someone else can advise on that one, don’t want to mislead you.
In the center there is some material left, but not much I figured just dig through it? or maybe use a bradpoint to tap it so it goes through it

Yeah... there isn't the same hollow space there as the rest of the frame where the pinholes are, as I recall. It's solid. I'd use a bradpoint.

But here's a question that just occurred to me: The other pinholes are drilled individually from each side in order to not get off-course on the opposite side. Would you use a similar approach for this hole and just meet in the middle? Seems to make the most sense to me.

Yeah I used a dremel station mgb style 2.8mm, it just has some leftover in the dead center, very thin though so likely use a bradpoint, should I use the 3.2 or the metric 3mm one

Here’s the next update. I’m waiting for the chisel battery to charge. So, I went with a different technique.
This worked very well and I am fully satisfied with the results.
Exato blade, cobbled up 90* & heat gun.

Heated flat chisel blade, cut down through the blocker but not flush with frame. Made a couple slower precise cuts to trim flush with frame. Bent a piece of stainless put an edge on it heated it cut the horizontal (bottom) flush with frame. Ultimate black shines it right up after a little polish with the greens.

I’m really liking this. I have full control of where the cut is.

Anyone know of a hot knife that’s adjustable. Low heat just enough to soften the polymer for the blade to cut is all that’s needed.
Not even gonna lie THAT looks friggin great bro! Good job dude. So did you use this same method for tabs on the top too instead of the flush cutters?

I'm not sure how @Michele will respond to being called "bro" and "dude." But as a retired Navy Chief, I suspect it's not the first time she's been referred to that way! LOL!

This will be my first bridge frame and I am asking what is the jig used to drill front holes in the 76 frame? I have an alternate method but not 110% sure of the accuracy. I like the heat gun and xacto chisel method to clean out LB obstructions, gonna give that a try.
