I make small "lists" on Post-its of stuff needing to be done for the day and find a sense of satisfaction being able to cross items off the list. Stars next to items are "must be done". Then the one stubborn item that didn't get done gets moved to the new Post-it and old gets tossed. Progress nonetheless...
