- Poor form. This guy is a newb with no training.
- The gun was improperly assembled. When the round was fired, the slide did not retract.
- He improperly installed the slide stop after field stripping. That's why it broke and flew out of the gun.
- The majority of people commenting on X don't know fuckall about 1911's.
Blaming it on Tisas (they make a decent 1911) or a squib. Jesus H Christ. If squibs happened as much as newbs on the web say it does, more people would be missing fingers and wearing eye patches. A squib in a 45 would blow the goddamn barrel apart.

It is very clear if you look at this frame by frame the slide/recoil swing mechanism was not functioning correctly. There was no squib. Just a twit.
