What ya listening to?

I actually synced my iTunes to my MBA ...finally, and listened to some Supertramp (selections from 'Even In the Quietest Moments'), Beach Boys (Don't Worry, Baby) a few various jazz tracks (Maynard Ferguson "Oasis" and a few others, a Be-Bop Deluxe track ('Crying to the Sky'- one of the greatest recorded guitar solos 1 of 2, grace that track on a blistering, howling ES-345) through my studio monitors yesterday and let it rip.... lol fwiw my wife came running in "oh honey I thought you had your guitar plugged-in finally". God bless her. Oh what fun. Good music is just that. And it's timeless.

That song was by the Mamas and Papas, not the Beach Boys, but still very funny.
Yes, the Babylon Bee may have flubbed slightly because while you're correct, the original tune California Dreamin' (written by John and Michelle Phillips in 1963) was released by the The Mamas and The Papas in 1965, topping the charts in 1966, The Beach Boys re-recorded it in 1986 for their Made in U.S.A. album! I think the performers of that Babylon Bee satirical California Fleein' version is a Beach Boys themed cover group. 🤠

Oh, Racer boy
The pipes, the pipes
Are calling...

My Oyrish ex-MIL would sing Danny Boy every time she had a couple snorts at family gatherings on the holidays.

That was my queue to start talking like the Lucky Charms leprechaun. That went over big.
