How cool do you have to be to do a cover of the Beach Boys 409, and have the actual Beach Boys sing back up for you?

Found in the vinyl collection in a fruit crate my brother abandoned at my parents house half a century ago. I don't have a turntable so I found it on Apple Music.

I think that dude singing was the vice-assistant manager of the grocery store where I worked in high school.
He was also in charge of milk.

Way better than the original. I was more into punk when Jimmy Buffet was at the height of his popularity in the 80's. Grunge in the 90's.
Over time, I began to notice that Parrott Heads own time shares they bought in the 70's, wear his/her matching clothes and go on cruises so often the crew knows them by first name. Meet Bob and Alice.
I did have a great big water bed for a long time. It was not filled with Elmers Glue. I never wore flip flops and pop tops were long gone by the time I found myself strolling down a beach.

Gene Krupa was my primary reason 4 getting my first Blue pearl Slingerland kit, w double toms. Being a drummer boy in my many schools growing up, I had access to all manor of percussion instruments. I really enjoyed using the different drums that took your hands. ROCK ON! I believe great...
